C. Information from integrations

If you connect third-party services (e.g., AI providers, publishing platforms), we receive tokens and metadata needed to operate those integrations.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and operate the Service
  • To improve features and user experience
  • To secure the platform and detect abuse
  • To provide customer support

3. AI Providers & Data Processing

Some features rely on third-party AI models or APIs. When applicable, your prompts and content may be processed by these providers solely for:

  • generating responses or content
  • providing moderation
  • running workflows

We do not allow AI providers to use your prompts to train their public models unless the provider explicitly guarantees strict isolation and no retention.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Applicable when GDPR, PIPEDA, or Québec privacy laws apply.

  • Contractual necessity (operating your account)
  • Legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention)
  • Consent (analytics, certain optional features)
  • Compliance with legal obligations

5. Data Retention

  • Your data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the Service.
  • You can request deletion at any time.
  • Backups are deleted on a fixed rotation schedule.

  • Encryption at rest
  • Zero-trust access controls
  • Least privilege for internal systems
  • Audit logging and intrusion detection

8. Your Privacy Rights

You may exercise rights such as:

  • Access your data
  • Delete your data
  • Export your data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)

Requests can be made by emailing privacy@logisent.ca.

Third-Party Platforms & Social Media Data

Logisent Studio allows users to connect third-party platforms and social media services such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other supported providers (collectively, “Connected Platforms”).

When you connect a Connected Platform, we may receive limited data and access tokens strictly required to operate requested features, such as publishing content, retrieving account metadata, or managing automation workflows.

We do not sell, trade, or use Connected Platform data for advertising purposes. All access is scoped, encrypted, and used solely to provide the Service.

Logisent Studio does not retain platform access tokens after a user disconnects a Connected Platform, and all stored tokens are securely deleted or invalidated.

Data Deletion & Disconnection

You may disconnect any Connected Platform at any time from your account settings. Upon disconnection, Logisent Studio immediately revokes access tokens and stops all interactions with that platform.

You may also request deletion of any data associated with Connected Platforms by contacting us at:

privacy@logisent.ca
Subject line: “Social Platform Data Deletion Request”

Upon verified request, we will permanently delete or anonymize applicable data in accordance with legal, contractual, and operational requirements.

9. International Transfers

Depending on infrastructure and AI providers, your data may be processed outside Québec or Canada. We ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., DPAs, SCCs, or equivalent protective measures).

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. We will notify you when changes are material.
