Common questions

How is this different from the Marketing AI Assistant?
The Marketing AI Assistant is a productized module with predefined workflows for marketing teams. A Custom AI Assistant is designed from scratch around your team's actual processes, it can cover marketing, but also operations, finance, HR, support, or anything else specific to how your business works.
How much does it cost?
Custom builds are quoted after a short discovery call so you only pay for the agents, workflows, integrations, and hosting model you actually need. We share a written quote before any work starts.
How long does a pilot take?
Most pilots ship in 4–8 weeks from discovery to a live deployment used by a small team. Complex builds take longer; we are upfront about that during scoping.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is only used to answer your team's questions. We only work with AI providers who promise in writing that your prompts and content will never be used to train their AI.
Can we host on our own Azure tenant?
Yes. The dedicated private cloud option deploys your assistant into an isolated Azure tenant with your residency, identity provider, retention, and audit policies.
Can we bring our own model API keys?
Yes. Use your own keys for OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and other providers, or let Logisent manage them, you decide based on your privacy and cost preferences.
What happens after the pilot?
If the pilot meets the goals we agreed during discovery, we roll the assistant out to your broader team, hand over admin tools, and continue tuning based on real-world usage and workflow memory.
